Students Scuffled With Each Other In Sattahip

A group of students from a well-known school in Sattahip were arrested after they had started scuffling with each other. The scuffle started after some students raced past another group which angered them so they returned with more friends to fight each other.

SATTAHIP – August 4, 2014 [Pattaya Daily News];- at 15.30 pm Pol.Col.Chanapat Nawaluk-superintendent of Sattahip police station- was accompanied with Pol.Col.Niphon Pomsanam-deputy superintendent-, Pol.Lt.Col.Pawatchai Sudsakorn-deputy superintendent- to lead a police team to arrest 16 high school boys and 2 another boys after they had been scuffling with each other. They were caught with a pen gun, a bullet, a knuckle, 5 egg bombs and an Improvised Explosive Devices.


Pol.Col.Chanapat revealed that the police officers were notified that school boys from the same school had scuffled with each so they rushed to the scene. At the scene the officers found 2 boys who had been injured. Initially the Sawang Rojjana Thamma Satharn rescue team took the injured to Queen Sirikit hospital and the other 18 boys were arrested.

The students were from the same school but not the same class and had been arguing with each other because one group of students had accelerated past another group on their motorcycles which annoyed them. Later each side came back with more friends from another school to fight. The police then summoned the student parents to acknowledge their sons actions before recording the incident and releasing these boys because they were teenagers.
