CHON BURI – April 25th  2015 [Pattaya Daily News]; at 12.30 a.m., the journalist reported that the police of Banglamung police station, Chon Buri province, were notified that the rescue team of Sawang Boriboon Tharmma Satharn Rescue Foundation, Pattaya city had taken an injured male to  Banglamung hospital after he had been  shot by a gang of male teenagers in the area of S-R Village, Khao Mai Kaew road, Moo 4 Tambon Nong Pla Lai, Amphur Banglamung, Chon Buri province.

The injured victim was identified as Mr. Wongsaphat Engsuwan, aged 18, who was a student of a well-known technical college in Amphur Sattahip.  He had been shot once by an unknown size gun in his right thigh 1 time and there was a  wound on his right leg so the  doctors at  Banglamung hospital performed treatment on him.

Upon questioning the victims friend  he told the police that while he was  riding home behind Mr. Wongsaphat’s  along Khao Mai Kaew road a group of about 10 motorcycle punk kids were parked up watching their friends racing each other when suddenly he heard 2  gunshots.  When they arrived home they found that Mr. Wongsaphat had been shot in the leg and was bleeding so they called the rescue services who took him to Banglamung hospital.

However, the police will now search for the gang so the gun man can be arrested and prosecuted further according to the Thai law.
