On 10 December 2007, at 3:20am, Pattaya Investigator, Police Lieutenant Colonel Weerawut Meelai, was notified that a foreigner had been victimized by a naughty lady of the second category. The crime occurred on Soi Yamato (13/1), Pattaya Beach Road, Moo 9, Nongprue, Banglamung, Chonburi. After they were notified of the misdeed, police rushed to the scene to investigate.
At the scene of the incident, a Good Samaritan was detaining the kratoey suspect, Mr. Thawee Suksawad, nickname “Boy” (40), from Yasothorn Province. The evidence, a black Nokia mobile phone, N73, which Mr. Boy allegedly stole from Mr. Eckard Franz Dttordmanczyk (57), a German national, was identified by the victim. The victim also identified the miscreant to the police.

Mr. Thawee, or Boy, confessed that, as she doesn’t have a steady job, she would dress up as a woman, with full makeup and a wig, hang around the beach and look for potential, foreign customers to sell sex to. When Mr. Eckard Franz Dttordmanczyk appeared in front of the soi, Boy noticed that his potential victim was a bit drunk and approached him to offer him sexual favors. During their negotiations, they consumed four beers. When Mr. Dttordmanczyk was quite inebriated, Boy gave him a sensual embrace and, simultaneously, lifted the mobile phone from his pocket. Boy, immediately, attempted to run away, but was stopped by a Good Samaritan.

Police checked Mr. Thawee’s, or Boy’s, criminal record and discovered, not surprisingly, that he had a long history of snatches and runs. He will be prosecuted according to the law.
