Speed Boat Wrecked In Pattaya Bay

Speed boat was wrecked by strong wave in Pattaya bay. Luckily, all passengers were rescued on time.

PATTAYA – December 29,2016 [PattayaDailyNews]; at 18.00pm Pol Col Apichai Krobpetch, chief of Pattaya police, was notified that a speed boat suffered accident in Pattaya bay and there were injured who were brought up on Pattaya beach behind Dust Thani hotel. After notification the police officers rushed to inspect the scene.

 

At the location the officers found Indian tourists and some were slightly injured; therefore, the officers performed first aid on them.

Miss Supraphon Ketkaew, guide, said that she brought 23 Indian tourists to travel Koh Sak island. On the way back, the boat was severely hit by strong wave which broke the boat. Luckily, another speed boat noticed the incident and rescued them on time.

 

Mr Aekarat Kantharo, chief of Pattaya marine department, said that he recently announced to entirely disallow small boat to set sail due to strong wind and wave.
