The police went to the scene, which was at a lamp shop (next to Se Chaun Restaurant South Pattaya No.3 Rd, Moo.10, Nongprue, Banglamung, Chonburi).

When the police arrived at the scene, they discovered the shooter, Mr. Narongsak Intapuang, aged 53 (resdies at No. 390/29, Moo.10, Nongprue, Banglamung, Chonburi). He was the owner of the lamp shop.
