Seafood Vendor Arrested For Drug Dealing

Sattahip, 9 May 2011 [Pattaya Daily News]: At 4 a.m., Captain R.T.N Kriengkri Supamanop from Royal Thai Navy with Police Lieutenant Colonel Damrong Auansungneon (Inspector Suppression of Sutthahip Police Department) and their team arrested a drug dealer at Bangsare beach.

The police discovered Tithisak Jittrakorn, 40, after they arrested another drug customer and dealer who disclosed Tithisak’s identity as their main drug supplier in Bangsare.

The officers conducted an uncover operation in which the secret agent requested to buy 200 tablets of Ya-ba drugs for 26,000 Baht from Tithisak.

The suspect’s illegal business was exposed at Bangsare beach and consequently he was detained, the officer said.

Tithisak confessed that he had been selling drugs for a long time and he received his supplies from a friend named Pui.

He had been living a double life. To his family, he was simply selling seafood for a living but in fact most of his profits come from selling drugs, the police added
