Russian National Caught In Pattaya According To Interpol Warrant

Russian man was caught by immigration police after hiding in Pattaya for 3 years. Plus, he was filed a charge of counterfeiting passport.

PATTAYA – November 20,2016 [PattayaDailyNews]; Pol Lt Col Thawathai Nongbua, deputy chief of Chonburi immigration police, was contacted to hunt Russian man according to Interpol. That Russian had hidden in Pattaya for 3 years.


The police officers investigated until they found out that the suspects was identified as MR.DMITRY FILIPSIN 27-year-old Russian and he stayed in a house in Dusit View village with his Russian wife. As a result, the officers went to the house but he told his wife to meet the officers.

The officers had discussed with him for around an hour before he came out to meet the officers. He showed Ukraine passport no.FC 079075 which he holds; however, the officers checked and found out that he holds faked passport. Therefore, the officers caught him to police station.


The suspect claimed that he has 2 nationality; however, the officers have evidence to file him a charge of counterfeiting official document.
