Russian Man Hit By Car

A Russian man who was crossing the Sukhumvit road was hit by a black car injuring him. The driver then quickly fled the scene.

SATAHIP – February 17,2015 [Pattaya Daily News]; at 08.30 am Pol.Lt.Sinsamut BOnntassana-inspector of Sattahip police station- was notified that a car had had hit a foreigner who was crossing the road and the driver had fled the scene on the Sukhumvit road. After notification the police officers and Sawang Rojjana Thmma Satharn rescue team immediately rushed to the scene.

 

At the scene they found Mr.Maksim sergeev aged 47 from Russia injured on the road. He had suffered a wound to his right leg and scratches to his body. Initially, the officers performed first aid on him before sending him to Queen Sirikit hospital.

 

Upon questioning Mr.Nattachai Saengsi who was an eyewitness he revealed that he was following a black car when it hit the foreigner who was crossing the road, the driver then fled the scene so Mr Nattachai stopped to help the foreigner before notifying the police.
