Russian Man Caught For Smuggling Steroids In Pattaya

Immigration police have arrested a Russia man after they were notified by Russian officials that he smuggled steroids from Thailand into Russia.

PATTAYA – December 3,2014 [Pattaya Daily News] at 20.00 pm Pol.Lt.Col.Ratchapong Teasud-deputy superintendent of immigration police station-, Pol.Capt.Thanadit Thuenchamnan-deputy inspector-, Maj.Col.Nopporn Singhasud-soldier from 14th Military circle- had arrested a Mr.Igor Cherkesov aged 47 from Russia. He was charged for smuggling steroids from Thailand into Russia and his passport had expired.

 

Previously Pol.Col.Chaiyod Warakjunkiet-superintendent of immigration police station- was notified by a Russian official that a Russian man was smuggling steroids from Thailand to Russia and he was being hunted by the Russian official. Therefore the Thai police hunted for Mr Lgor and arrested him in a gym in Jomtien.

 

Upon questioning the suspect he confessed that he bought steroids from a Thai agent before sending them to Russia. However the police officers sent him to the police station to be prosecuted.
