Russian Man Attacked By Thai Man After Refusing Drugs

A Russian man was hit in the mouth after telling a Thai man that he didn’t want any drugs. The incident happened in front of the Siam Bay Shore Hotel at the end of walking street.

PATTAYA – February 27,2015 [Pattaya Daily News]; at 03.00 am Pol.LT.Jakkrit Jantakam-inspector of Pattaya police station- was notified that a foreigner had been attacked and injured and he ran to ask for help officers at an information centre in Walking Street, South Pattaya. After notification the police officers rushed to inspect the scene.

 

At the scene, they found MR.MAKSIM FEDIN aged 36 who was an internet café owner in Russia, he had blood stains on his shirt and his mouth was cut. The officers performed first aid on him before sending him to Pattaya Memorial hospital.

Upon questioning him, he revealed that he was walking in front of Siam Bay Shore hotel when he met a Thai teenager who offered him cannabis to which he said no. Later the Thai man offered it him again so he said no again which angered the Thai man who then hit him so he ran away to notify the officers.

 

Pol.LT.Jakkrit revealed that the police recorded the incident and they also hunted the man by inspecting the CCTV in the area of the crime.
