Resort And The City Of Pattaya Is Back To Normal

Greetings from the Royal Cliff Beach Resort: We would like to inform all our friends and business partners that all residents and staff, as well as guests-designated facilities of the Royal Cliff Beach Resort have been unaffected, and our usual service has been uninterrupted by the events that took place on April 11, 2009 in and around Pattaya Exhibition and Convention Hall.

The anti-government protesters have spent less than 40 minutes on the resort’s premises. No clashes of any nature took place on the resort?s premises. Likewise, there was no interaction between the protesters and the in-house guests. By the same evening, the protesters had left Pattaya.

Currently, there is no state of emergency in Pattaya and surrounding areas; all Pattaya accommodation and tourism services are functioning as normal.
