Rescuers rush to help a cat got stuck on a treetop in Sattahip

A homeless cat stole food in a house then it was chased by 3 dogs of that house so it ran away and climbed up to a treetop to flee such 3 dogs but it got stuck and could not climb down to the ground. Therefore, Sattahip rescuers rushed to help it.

SATTAHIP – January 15,2015 [Pattaya Daily News]; at 9.00 a.m., the radio center officers of Sawang Rojjana Tharmma Satharn Sattahip Foundation were notified that there was a cat got stuck o a treetop in a house no. 47/29, Soi Loong Pho, Moo 6 Tambon Sattahip, Amphur Sattahip, Chon Buri Province, so the rescuer team rushed to inspect at scene with rescued equipments.


At an incident was a one storey detached house with surrounding area which there was a 4-meter betel palm in a house. At a treetop of such betel palm, the rescuers found a black male cat, aged approximately 2 years, it was extremely frightened and shivery due to there were 3 dogs of Thai breed (which were fed by a house owner) were barking to expel such cat all the time therefore the rescuers had to climb up the ladder in order to help such victim cat but it was too much scared then it jumped down from a betel palm and ran away into a nearby neughbor’s house then disappeared.

Mrs. Aroonduang Neidhart, aged 51, who was a house owner, said that before incident occured this morning, this homeless cat had smuggled to eat food in her house and suddenly her 3 dogs had seen it which caused such thieving cat was extremely frightened so it ran away and climbed up a betel palm but it got stuck on a treetop accordingly.
