We have been experiencing a lot of rain and labor availability is tight. In Bangkok construction labor shortages have been pushing up future condo prices, average price for condos in greater Bangkok is 45,000/sqm and the high end is over 250,000/sqm. That is good news for us as future condo prices rise they push our condo value up.

Bang Saray Beach Condo – Interior block work on all floors is complete, water system has been installed on all floors, electric system is 50% complete. Interior wall plastering will begin December 3rd.

Construction begins on Building B at the end of December 2012.
