Progress of Australian Kidnapping

Police officers have revealed the progress of an Australian man who was kidnapped and murdered in Pattaya.

PATTAYA – Recently [PattayaDailyNews]; according to the case that Mr. Wayne Schneider aged 37 from Australia was kidnapped from a Pattaya village.


The police officers had released an arrest warrant for a Mr.Antonio Bacnato aged 26 from Australia. Later the police officers found the murdered body of the missing man in the woods near Khao Chi Chan.


On 2nd December at 10.00 am, Pol.Col.Wist Sirisahawat- deputy commander of the forensic office-, Pol.Col.Suktad Pumpanmuang- superintendent of Pattaya police station- went to inspect Kasetsin road on Phratamnak hill after the police found out that the kidnappers had parked their truck there. They then tried to collected fingerprints but were unsuccessful.

Upon questioning a witness the police officers found out that Ms.Preaw had been ordered from her Australian boyfriend to rent the car from Mr.Manop for those kidnappers and she would return the car on December 3. Later her boyfriend travelled back to his home country and told her to delete all chat history. However, the police officers detained her to be questioned more.


Later the police officers went to the house where they expected the kidnappers killed the missing man and found blood stains near the swimming pool so they collected finger prints.


The police then contacted the immigration police who then detained a Mr.Tyler Joseph Fulton Sheen Gerard aged 21 from America who was a suspect at Srakaew border as he was trying to escape. He was then taken to Pattaya police station for questioning.
