Polish Man Attacked And Injured By Pub Guard In Pattaya

Pub guards hit foreigner with a hook after the foreigner had rampaged in the pub.

PATTAYA-6 April- [PattayaDailyNews] at 00.10 am As Pol.Maj.Col.Piyapong Ensarn-inspector of Pattaya tourism police- led a team patroling around Walking Street Pattaya he was notified that a foreigner had been attacked and injured in Skyfall Agogo. After notification the police officers rushed to inspect the crime scene.


At the crime scene they found MR.RAFAL IGNACY JAKOWICKI aged 55 from Poland who was hit in his forehead and was drunk. So the officers performed first aid and sent him to Bang Lamung hospital.


The police arrested 2 suspects who were the pub guards and they were identified as Mr.Aekapol Krachernlam aged 28 who was hit in his mouth and Mr.Panu Limchi aged 33. The police officers also took a metal hook which is used to pull the door.

Upon questioning them they claimed that they were on the duty in front of the bar when the pub staff told them that a foreigner was drunk and rampaging inside; therefore, they rushed to escort him out of the bar but he resisted. The foreign man hit Mr.Panu once so they (the pub guards) grabbed the metal hook to attack him.


However, the police prosecuted them on charge of assault. In addition, the reporters added that this venue broke the official rule that the staff of any venue must not harm tourists. As a result, the venue will be closed for at least a month.
