Police Inspect Entertainment SpotsSuperintendents of Pattaya and over 100 police and plainclothes police have inspected entertainment spots in Pattaya city.
PATTAYA – October 22nd 2015 [Pattaya Daily News]; at 12.10 a.m.journalists reported that in front of Pattaya city police station, Pol.Col. Sukthas Phoomphanmuang (Superintendent of Pattaya city police station, Chon Buri province), Pol.Lt.Col. Pawatchai Sudsakhon (Deputy Suppression Superintendent) and Pol.Lt.Col. Somphan Suksamran (Deputy Detection and Investigation Superintendent) together led over 100 police and plainclothes policemen to inspect teenagers that had gathered in entertainment spots in and around Pattaya city.
Upon inspecting the spots on Pattaya 3rd road the police found that the bars were full of people but no one was under age.
Pol. Sukthas said that at this time the schools were on holiday and some teenagers who were under age had gathered at various entertainment spots in the past so the police decided to check again this holiday but found nobody under age which was great news. Moreover, the officers also asked for cooperation from all the entertainment spot owners to open and close their shops stated by the law. If any entertainment spots were found of disobeying the law, they will be prosecuted according to the law decisively without any exemption.
