Police Clamp Down 1 billion THB Football Bet Website

Police officers have clamped down on huge illegal football gambling website. The police revealed that there was about 1 billion THB in circulation.

BANGKOK – July 2, 2014 [Pattaya Daily News];- at patrol cops 191 office, Pol.Gen.Aek Aungsananon-deputy commissioner- was accompanied with Pol.Lt.Col.Jakthip Chaijinda-assistant commissioner general-, Pol.Maj.Gen.Chantawit Ramsoot-deputy commander of metropolitan police-, Pol.Col.Panurat Lakboon-deputy commander of patrol cops 191 office-, Pol.Col.Sumran Nuanma-superintendent of patrol cops 191 office-, Pol.Col.Uthen Nuipin-superintendent-, Pol.Maj.Siranawit Indra, Pol.Maj.Pudthongtil Damapong-inspector of patrol cops 191- together made the statement about arrest of an online football bet network which had about billion baht in circulation.

 

They arrested 8 suspects which consisted of 1.Mr.Messi aged 27 from Myanmar 2.Mr.Sittiphan Buaplang aged 20 3.Mr.Thanawat Yunilla aged 21 4.Mr.Anurak Chaisuksai aged 39 5.Mr.Lim Chun Heng aged 33 from Singapore 6.Mr.Wachira Chujit aged 31 7.Ms.Ratsami Kraiyutthasak aged 27 and Ms.Praparat Suppasilp aged 40 with 16 ATM cards, 150 passbooks, 2 account books and evidence which indicated they had withdrawn 729 million baht from 500 bank accounts, a white I Phone 5s which they had used to communicate via Whats App which still contained the information of those involved, 1,000 withdraw slips, 9 PC computers, 4 notebooks, 1,000 unused sim cards, 12 cell phones, an Ipad, football bet records, football bet electronics records, 41,000 dollars of Singapore dollar credit, 1,090,000 baht of Thai credit, a pistol and 50 bullets and a list of 90,000 members.
