Plenty Of Events From Pattaya International Ladies Club

The A1-Boat Hotel was a very pleasant venue for a coffee morning held by the Pattaya International Ladies Club (PILC) and our active Pattaya ladies have many events planned for the year ahead.

Pattaya, – Thursday 22nd April 2010, PDN: – The Pattaya International Ladies Club is a great asset to all women residing in the Pattaya region as it provides a full framework of support and entertainment for these ladies. Here is just a sample of a few of the upcoming events: –

Wednesday 28h April: – PILC Club Member Barbara Barkemeyer is a German Psychotherapist will lecture from 15.00 – 16.30 on how we can make the world a better place. This is not a hard sell on religion, but more of synopsis of how societies around the world have degenerated, and what must be done to correct this situation.

Tuesday 4th May: – The next 10.30 – 2.200 pm luncheon will be held at the famous “Casa Pascal Restaurant” off Pattaya Second Road (opposite the Marriott Hotel). Members are advised book in advance or they will be placed on a “stand-by list and pay extra.

Thursday 4th May: – The semi-annual sale and factory tour of the “Lotus Crystal” manufacturing plant, plus a visit to Khun Tiew’s “Our Home” at Phu Luang, where young girls learn new skills, are sure to provide plenty of entertainment for the PILC ladies. .

Wednesday 19th May: – This first Wednesday Bangkok Tour will feature a trip to the “Jim Thompson House” where there is a beautiful example o Thai architecture, and this will be followed by lunch in their restaurant.

Wednesday 26h May: – German Psychotherapist and PILC Club Member, Barbara Barkemeyer will again lecture from 15.00 – 16.30 at the North Star Library (near Mahathai School), on how to fit spiritual principles such as meditation, into their daily lives.

Thursday 27th May: – A visit to “Garrunyawet” Women’s Centre in Soi-25 off Naklua Road is always very much appreciated by the ladies who reside there.

Saturday 29th May: – An inaugural progressive dinner Party which will be the largest in the Pattaya area and will be held at the homes of various PILC members. Individual members are being asked to host eight people for a minimum amount of time, and provide a single course before moving on to the house of another PILC member.

There are plenty of other activities, so the PILC is perfect for lonely ladies, whose husbands are working away from town, which is sometimes for extended periods of time.
