Pit-Bull Stabbed to Death

A foreigner has stabbed a Pit-bull dog to death near a beer bar in Jomtien.

PATTAYA – July 10,2015 [Pattaya Daily News]; at 12.10 a.m., Pol.Lt.Col. Somkid Sitthisart (Inquiry official of Pattaya city police station, Dong Tarn Curve Sub-branch, Chon Buri province) was notified that there was an incident where a foreigner had stabbed a dog to death. The Incident occurred in front of Nika restaurant which is located at no. 334/128-129, Soi Welcome Hotel, Jomtien Moo 12 Tambon Nong Prue, Amphur Banglamung, Chon Buri province, so Pol.Lt.Col. Somkid rushed to inspect the scene.


At scene, the police found a white male American Pit- bull dog, aged 7 months, it had been stabbed once and was dead.

Upon questioning Miss Dussadee the dog’s owner she said that before incident the occurred she went out to run some errands then her mother called her and told that “Rot Thang” (her Pitbull dog) had been stabbed with a knife. Therefore she rushed back to the beer bar and took it by motorbike and side car to the vets but the dog was already dead.


From questioning the eyewitnesses the police perceived that a dog killer was a foreign tourist who used a piece of wood approximately 1 meter long and hit the dog repeatedly in Soi Welcome Hotel. A few moments later, they heard “Rot Thang” was crying painfully because it had been stabbed with a knife. However, the police are now hunting the killer.
