Pharmacist Arrested For Selling Dangerous Drugs In Pattaya

A pharmacist has been arrested after she sold sleeping pills to prostitutes who then used the drug to rob foreigners.

PATTAYA – November 26, 2014 [Pattaya Daily News]; at 18.30 pm Pol.Maj.Col.Thanawin Kaewsiang-inspector of Pattaya police station- and police officers had made a  statement about the arrest of Ms.Sarisa Neeyapoodit aged 44 with 50 sleeping pills, 460 antidepressants and 24 viagra pills.

 

Pol.Maj.Col.Thanawin revealed that previously the police officers were notified that many tourists had been drugged and robbed of their belongings. Therefore the police officers were ordered to inspect drug stores in the local area. The police then found  a drug store that was selling drugs without permission so the officers sent a undercover officer to buy some drugs before arresting the pharmacist. Upon questioning the suspect she confessed that she sold the drugs to people who couldn’t sleep.

 

However the police officers prosecuted her for selling dangerous drugs without permission.
