Pattaya Teenagers Shot Rivals In Revenge Attack

Pattaya teenagers have shot at 2 teenagers injuring one in a revenge attack for their friends.

PATTAYA – October 23, 2014 [Pattaya Daily News]; at 12.30 a.m., Pol.Lt.Col. Theeradet Martthanaphan (Deputy Superintendent of Banglamung police station, Chonburi province) was notified that there was a shooting incident and one man was injured who asked for assistance from the staff at a 7-Eleven which was located at the beginning of Soi Nern Plub Warn, Sukhumvit road, Moo 9 Tambon Nong Prue, Amphur Banglamung, Chonburi province, so he rushed to the scene together with a detective police team and rescuers of Sawang Boriboon Tharmma Satharn Foundation, Pattaya city.

 

At the scene the officers found an injured man identified as Mr. Thanachart or Ta Chaichana, aged 19, who was lying on the ground and crying in pain. He had been shot in his right calf so the rescuers performed the first aid for him before sending him to Banglamung hospital. The officers also found a black Kawazaki KSR motorbike which was covered in blood.

 

Upon questioning bystanders, they told the police that before incident occurred they saw Mr. Thanachart ridding pillion (sat behind the motorbike rider) until they arrived at the middle of Soi Nern Plub Warn there were 2 male teenagers riding a motorbike followed them when the male pillion rider took out a gun and shot Mr. Thanachart and his friend 5 times but luckily only one of the bullets hit Mr. Thanachart in the lower leg. The shooters then fled the scene.

Pol.Lt.Col. Theeradet said that from initial investigation he found that on October 10, 2014 Mr. Thanachart or Ta (an injured) and his friends had made trouble of using a gun to shoot rivals injuring Mr. Natthaphong or Ohd Pho-ngern, aged 19 and Miss Natthawan Pitisarn, aged 17. The incident occurred in Soi 2, Thepprasit road, south Pattaya, due to they felt repulsion (disliked) each other in the pub then Mr. Thanachart surrendered to the police and has been bailed in order to fight against a lawsuit (defend).

 

However, the police had already known that who was the gunman was they had ordered a detective police team to follow up and arrest the group of gunmen to be prosecuted further according to the Thai law.
