Pattaya police arrested a snatch & and run transwomen gang. The gang members confessed that they urgently needed money to support their foreign boyfriend whose visa had expired.

Petchburi Killer Caught In Pattaya
Petchburi police arrested a young man who had killed a rival gang member in Petchaburi province and went hiding into in Pattaya for 4 years.

PATTAYA – May 4, 2012 [Pattaya Daily News]; Pol.Col.Thammanoon Mankong Pattaya police, Pol.Lt.Col. Anak Prasongsuk and Pol.Lt.Col.Chiddeja said, that they had arrested a transwomen gang who had snatched & grabbed many tourists’ belongings.

When the police searched their room, they found their British pimp boyfriend whose visa had expired.

Pol.Lt.Col.Anak Prasongsuk and his team were informed about a tyranny gang who had snatched tourists’ belongings and ran away while the victims were swimming in the sea or sunbathing.

Pol.Col.Thammanoon Mankong and Pol.Lt.Col. Ank Prasongsuk sent police patrols to the scene. Later, they arrested two transwomen; Mr. Noppadol Jamras, 29-years-old and Mr. Rarny Yep, 31-years-old Cambodian national carrying a purse and wallet with 4,200 THB. Their motorcycle which was used to commit the crimes was seized as evidence.

When the police inspected their rented room in soi Bua Khao, Banglamung they found Mr. Lewis Karl Budd, a 27-years-old British citizen. His visa has expired a year ago. Mr. Lewis was arrested and taken to Pattaya police for questioning.

Mr.Noppadol and Mr.Rarny said that they had committed this crime about 20 times. In March 2011 at Pattaya-Naklua road they stole 3,000 THB, in May 2011, Walking Street; 10,000 THB, in March 2011 in the front area of Chaimongkol temple South Pattaya; 700 THB, in 2011 at the beach front area. In December 2011 outside A1 Hotel; 15,000 THB and on the beach in front Amari hotel North Pattaya, they stole 3,000 THB.

In April 2012 they snatched & ran away with a camera and sold it for 750 THB.

From January – April 2012 they had committed more than 20 crimes and each time they got away with about 10,000-20,000 THB.

Mr.Lewis, Mr. Noppadol and Mr.Rarny said that Mr.Lewis was not an accomplice, but their boyfriend. They committed these crimes because they wanted to support Mr. Lewis whose visa had expired a year ago.

Petchburi Killer Caught In Pattaya
Pol.Lt.Gen.Panpol Nitvibool, Pol.Maj.Gen.Suttipong Wongpin and Pol.Col. Prasopchai Madsyavanichkul and a team of police officers with an arrest warrant detained Mr. Yodrak Tongnoi 25-years-old in front of Mantrapura hotel, North Pattaya road.

Mr. Yodrak was charged with murder, posession of firearms and ammunition. In Petchburi he had killed Mr. “A” age 17 . Thereafter, he escaped to Pattaya and was in hiding for 4 years until he was arrested near the Pattaya police station.
