Pattaya Police Raid Pub

Pattaya Police raided a pub after they were notified that a lot of teenagers were gathering outside to attack a group of teenager who were inside.

PATTAYA – December 7, 2014 [Pattaya Daily News] at 03.00 am Pol.Col.Suppatee Boonkrong-acting superintendent of Pattaya police station- was notified that a lot of teenagers were going to fight in front of the Zood pub, Central Pattaya. After notification the police officers and volunteer police immediately rushed to the scene.

 

At the scene they found around 30 under the age of 18 teenagers. The teenagers fled away suddenly when they noticed the police. The police managed to catch some of them. Upon questioning them they confessed that they were waiting to attack another group so the police surrounded the pub before inspecting it.

 

Upon inspecting they found about 150 teenagers in the pub. In addition most of them were under the age of 18 and one was 13 years old and there were just 2 people who were 20 years old. Also the police officers inspected for drugs and arms but they didn’t find any illegal things. However the pub manager fled the scene but the police arrested 5 waiters. The pub had no permission. Initially the police officers took these teenagers to police station.

 

Pol.Col.Suppatee revealed that the police performed drug test on these teenagers before notifying their parents and releasing them and the police are now hunting the pubs operators and the officials, also they will contact the Chonburi governor in order to ask for the pub to be closed.
