The suspect was identified as Mr. Parkpoom Khamchery, or Tode, age 28, living at house number 9/6 Moo 2, Bang Wua, Bang Pakong, Chachoengsao.

Police seized the evidence consisting of 1,400 methamphetamine tablets, and a black 4-door Isuzu Tritan pickup truck, registration code Khor Kor 3094.

The arrest is the result of an expanded investigation from a previous arrest of drug dealers. In that case, the dealers said they bought their meth tablets from a “Mrs. Deer,” who is involved with the Chonburi prison network of meth dealer convicts who operate from within the prison.

So the police arranged an undercover drug buy and made a delivery appointment for the drugs at the 108 shop on moo 1, Sanphudas, Ban Phoe, Chachoengsao.

When Mr.Parkpoom drove up in pickup truck to deliver the meth, police who were hiding themselves revealed their identities and arrested him.

During questioning, Mr. Parkpoom confessed that he had been hired many times by Mrs. Deer to deliver meth to her clients. His wages were unpredictable, and he said it was up to Mrs. Deer to give what she wanted, because he owed her a favor.

After a preliminary investigation, Mr. Parkpoom was charged with possession of a Type-1 drug (methamphetamine) for sale. Police are expanding their investigation to track the major dealer Mrs. Deer to prosecute under the law.
