Pattaya Nongprue Road Work Will Be Finished Within 1 Month

The road work which was started in February 2014 at Mab Yai Lia road to Lab Lae road in Nongprue Pattaya within Soi Ban Nern Plab Wan is to be completed within 1 says the contractor. The construction has caused lots of congestion during rush hour.

PATTAYA – July 14, 2014 [Pattaya Daily News]; at 11.00 a.m., at Soi Mab Yai Lia 31 within Soi Ban Nern Plab Wan, journalist of Pattaya Daily News reported the progress of the construction and repairing of the road surface of reinforced concrete project and drainage on Mab Yai Lia road. The construction is supported by Chonburi Provincial Administration Organization who have provided the budget to Nong Prue Municipality of 7,564,200 THB and the project was started on February 19, 2014 by Promyothakan Rayong (1993) Co., Ltd.

Mr. Preeda Boonruean (the foreman of construction of Promyothakan Rayong (1993) Co., Ltd.) revealed that “We have already finished the construction of manholes and we will pour sand over the road surface before pouring the concrete. We expect to finish the work within 1 month in order to relieve the traffic congestion caused by the construction. We would like the people to understand that during the construction it may affect people’s living in the area but once the concrete has been poured the road should be ready to use within 2 weeks.

Mrs. Chawanporn Sukarat, aged 42, who is affected by the roadwork, said that “I understand that the work needs to be done and it will improve the road conditions, but I would like the work to be completed as soon as possible because its affecting my restaurant and the customers have nowhere to park.
