Pattaya Minibus To Be Controlled Strictly

PATTAYA – December 9,2016 [PattayaDailyNews]; Pol Maj Gen Anun Charoenchasi, deputy president of Pattaya congress, chaired the conference of administration and peace maintenance officer at Pattaya City Hall.

 

Pol Maj Gen Anun addressed that Pattaya is famous tourism city; therefore, the officials have to provide safety and accommodation to tourist.

 

However, some operators especially transportation operators have seized and utilised public areas and roads for a long time. This makes difficulty and causes traffic congestion.

 

Col Pobanan Luangphanuwat, deputy chief of Military Circle 14, said that the officials have to sustainably cope this problem soon. They would intensely control the operator with strong measurement.

 

Therefore, all minibus will be changed color so that the officers will be able to easily inspect. Plus, department of land transportation will be in charge of vehicle document.

 

In addition, some drivers collect too expensive fare; meanwhile, some parked their car on prohibited area.

 

The official would define 163 minibus stop in Pattaya and the operators would have to control their drivers to only drive on their route. The official would insect and distinguish the driver who disobey the strict rule by color. Anyone who disobeys the law would be actually cancel their license and vehicle will be confiscated.
