    Pattaya City in connection with The TAT and The National Sports Federation are host organizers for the PATTAYA MARATHON 2006, that be will be taken place on the Pattaya Beach Road on 16th July 2006.

   The Pattaya Marathon 2006 this year will be the largest and the best event ever held than the previous ones, the reason for that is to mark the auspicious occasion of our beloved King Bhumibol, having been renowned as the longest reigning Monarch in the world.

   The venue of the Pattaya Marathon 2006, will be taken place in Soi 6, Beach Road on 16th July 2006. The race ranges from long to medium distance running and is divided into 4 groups: The Marathon, being the longest with a distance of 42.195 km, starting at 04.30 am. The Half Marathon, being a medium race with a distance of 21 km, starting at 05.00 am. The Quarter Marathon takes a distance of 10.55 km, starting at 05.30 am. Lastly, the race for Students with a distance of 5 km, starting at 06.00 am. 

    Participators of the Pattaya Marathon 2006 are invited to a Party on the Beach, on Saturday 15th July, 2006, that will be taken place along Beach Road. There will be plenty of raffle prizes and buffet food being available by many hotels and well-known local restaurant chains.

       
   Competition is open to people from all walks of life. Interested parties can submit their own applications at any of the following venues being named here.
