Pattaya Ladyboy Gang Beats Three People And Chases Them On Motorbikes

Two women were beaten up in the restroom of a pub in Third Pattaya Road by a group of people led by 2 ladyboys. The victims were later assaulted again in the parking lot, along with a male friend who had come to pick up his girlfriend. The gang also chased the fleeing victims on motorbikes before escaping.

PATTAYA – July 8, 2012 [Pattaya Daily News]; At 11 a.m., two women and a man reported to Pol. Lt. Col. Chaiporn Thongnapean,investigating officer, Banglamung police station, Chonburi province, that they had been beaten by 2 ladyboys and more than 10 men and women in the restroom of a pub on Third Pattaya Road near Moom Aroi Restaurant.

Ms.Cholthicha Khamla-ead, 23, a female clerk in well-known department store, suffered a broken nose; Ms. Suthasinee Karnngarm, 20, suffered injuries to both eyes; and Mr. Sitthiphol Leangjampa, 20, suffered injuries to both eyes and his forehead and left cheek.

They reported that the gang had also followed them in motorbikes to beat and kick at their motorbikes, and also tried to pull off the victim’s necklace. Fortunately, several bystanders assisted the victims and brought them to the hospital.

The incident began at 3 a.m. on Friday, July 6, as Ms. Cholthicha and Ms. Suthasinee and many woman friends had gone to the pub and were going back home. But when she went to the restroom with Ms. Suthasinee, there were 2 ladyboys inside, along with more than 10 men and women, who began to beat both of them. One of the ladyboys named “Neuy” tried to pull off her gold necklace before the pub’s security guard stopped the assault. She then told her friend to hurry to go back home.

 

When they walked to their motorbikes to ride back home, the gang of ladyboys followed them to beat them again. Mr. Sitthiphol had arrived to pick up his girlfriend and tried to stop the gang of ladyboys, but was beaten and injured also. The pub’s security guard, who had followed them, stopped the gang.

Ms. Cholthicha and her friends hurried to ride their motorbikes back home, but several men from the gang followed them on three motorbikes and twice tried to kick their motorbike to knock it down, but failed in their attempts.

The victim and her friends then stopped at a noodle shop, where Ms. Cholticha ran inside to ask for assistance. The ladyboy gang then escaped on their motorbikes. The victim and her friends went to the hospital for treatment and to recover from their injuries before notifying the police.

Pol. Lt. Col. Chaiporn Thongnapean, investigating officer, Banglamung police station, conducted the initial investigation and made daily notes for evidence, before sending the 3 victims to Banglamung hospital to get a doctor’s certificate to document the injuries. The police will follow up to arrest the ladyboy gang to prosecute further according to the law.
