Pattaya Grocery Owner FooledA grocery owner was tricked by a woman who had convinced her to buy goods before fleeing away suddenly.
PATTAYA – May 9,2016 [PattayaDailyNews]; at 22.00pm PattayaDailyNews was told by Kritsana Kamolrat aged 45 who is grocery owner that she had been fooled and her 7,000 baht taken by a woman who pretended as teacher. The incident took place on May 6th, 2016. She initially notified Pattaya police already.
Kritsana revealed that middle age woman came to her shop and she tried to befriend her. Plus, the woman claimed that she used to rent a room behind Kritsana’s grocery and she knows Kritsana’s sister.
They had talked to each other for half an hour before she convinced Kritsana to buy her goods such as liquor, egg, oil and etc. She claimed that she has got the special quota from Thongfah because she is bureaucrat. As a result, Kritsana decided to buy goods for 7,000 baht from her.
Later another customer moved in the grocery to buy a pack of cigarette, then the woman suddenly fled away by her motorcycle.
Kritsana had notified the police but she is not yet replied from the officer. Therefore, she decided to notify the journalist and also shared her story on “WeLovePattaya” Facebook page.
