The operator in question is located in block no.216 and they own 6 blocks of 210 beach beds. Upon questioning Mr Boonreun Wangsiri the owner he said that Ms Rojjana was managing his business. However Ms Rojjana denied the offence and she claimed that she had many workers so the agents showed her the evidence of the payment bill and the picture that tourists took so she then admitted to it. They also transferred the case to Pattaya court so she will be prosecuted according to Thai law. These type of actions has undermined the image of Pattaya. However if it’s their first offence they will be forced to stop business for 7 days.
