Pattaya city Arranges Activities On Children’s Day 2015

Over 5,000 Thai children poured into Pu Tak field at Pattaya City Hall who had arranged lots of activities for Children’s Day 2015.

PATTAYA – January 10,2015 [Pattaya Daily News]; at 10.00 a.m., there were activities for Children’s Day 2015 at Pu Tak field, Pattaya City Hall, north Pattya road, Moo 6 Na Kluea, Banglamung, Chon Buri. Mr. Itthiphon Khunpluem (Mayor of Pattaya city) together with Executives of Pattaya City and business operators in Pattaya city had set up various booths of recreation activities. There were over 5,000 children that attended the activity fair.

Mr. Itthiphon Khunpluem (Mayor of Pattaya city) said that Pattaya city is a local administration therefore we realize the importance of children and youth who will grow up and will be the future of the country so we arranged activities for the Children with the motto “With knowledge and morality comes a brighter future” which was announced by General Prayuth Chan-ocha, the present Prime Minister of Thailand. The activities are set up in order that families and communities can be happy and can get along together with other people.

Parents brought their children to participate in the various activities and to enjoy the food and drink which was also available. Furthermore, Pattaya city had prepared cable cars from the Disaster Mitigation Centre of Pattaya city in order for the children to get on them. The army also had tanks on display with armoured vehicles machine guns and various other weapons that the children could have their photo taken with.

Also in other areas of Pattaya city, there were various tourist attractions, department stores and museums that had also arranged activities for Children’s Day by letting them have free entry into each attraction.
