Pattaya Casino Raided By PolicePhilipines nationals were caught after they had opened casino and cheated several victims.
PATTAYA – January 31,2017 [PattayaDailyNews]; at 17.30pm Pol Maj Gen Somprasong Yentuam, chief of Chonburi, was notified that a group of Philippines nationals rented a house to open casino; therefore, he commanded the officers to investigate and found out that there was a victim.
Later the officers raided that house where they found 5 Philippines nationals so the officers detained them. In addition, the officers also found 3 European gamblers. The suspects comprised of Mr Oliver Gamboa aged 47, Miss Merinda Ramirez aged 64 and Miss Jocelyn Tabangcura aged 33.
Pol Lt Col Chitdecha Songhong revealed that this gang rented the house for 12,000 baht a month. They targeted foreign victims to play poker in the house and they cheated them. In addition, damage cost reportedly is estimated around 10 million baht.
