Pattaya Beer Bar Woman Stabs Friend Over Unpaid Debt

A beer bar woman in Pattaya city used a knife to stab her female friend in the chest who owed a loan shark money. The incident happened in a rented room in South Pattaya.

PATTAYA – May 2, 2014 [Pattaya Daily News]; at the late night; Pol.Lt. Phutthiphong Chuenchom (Investigation police on duty of Pattaya city police station, Chonburi Province) was notified that there was a stabbing in a rented room and 1 victim was injured. Incident occurred at a rented room without address, in the alley behind Wat Chaimongkhon temple, South Pattaya, Moo 10 Tambon Nong Prue, Amphur Banglamung, Chonburi Province, so he rushed to inspect the scene together with the rescuers of Sawang Boriboon Tharmma Satharn Foundation, Pattaya city.

At the incident in room no. 311 on the 3rd floor, the officers found Miss Ratree Seechomphu, aged 28, Kamphaegphet resident who had been stabbed once with a knife beneath her right breast and was severely injured. Therefore, the rescuers performed first aid on her before sending her to Banglamung hospital.

After inspecting the incident room the officers found a large amount of blood and the property in the room was scattered all over the room. Upon questioning Miss Praphasiri Buakaew, aged 25, Lampang resident she told the police that the offender was a Miss Noi and before the incident occurred Miss Praphasiri and Miss Noi had just finished work at a beer bar and they came back to drink alcohol in the incident room then Miss Noi called Miss Ratree who was their friend to come to talk about and clear up Miss Ratree’s debt problem because she had borrowed money and not repaid. But the debt collector had dun Miss Noi and Miss Praphasiri which caused Miss Noi to become very angry with Miss Ratree so she called Miss Ratree to come to clear her problem but Miss Ratree argued about it with Miss Noi so Miss Noi stabbed her once in the chest before fleeing the scene.

After investigation the police made note of evidence and will follow up to arrest Miss Noi to be prosecuted further according to the Thai law.
