Pattaya 39-Year-Old Handicapped Man Turns Into Drug Dealer

A wheelchair bound lottery seller aged 39 who sold lottery tickets for more than two years from his wheel chair turned greedy and started selling amphetamines to a karaoke girl in Aek Thani market area.

Sattahip, August 27, 2011 [Pattaya Daily News]; Mr.Surachet Kaewkam , Assistant District Officer, Sattahip, sent a team to arrest Mr.Kosit or “Jeab” Kingklao aged 39, a disabled lottery seller in possession nine amphetamines tablets and bank notes from previous drug sales, total of 2,600 THB.

Prior to the arrest a karaoke girl in Aek Thani market area, an amphetamine addict confessed that she bought the amphetamines from the suspect Mr Kosit at 270 THB per tablet. Later an undercover officer went to buy six amphetamine tablets for 1,600 THB and the suspect, “Mr Jeab” was in Mom Mam’s karaoke shop with the amphetamines and bank notes. He was arrested.

The suspect confessed. Said that he was disabled , and had taken a loan to sell lottery tickets but no money left after deducting debt and all other liabilities so he became an amphetamines agent in order to get rich quick. He bought the amphetamines from Mr “Ko” a teenager at at a price of 200 THB per tablet and sold them to the karaoke girl at Aek Thaini market for 270-300 THB per tablet, he confessed to selling amphetamines for more than one year and said he had never been arrested.
