Pattaya, the 9th of December 2009 [Pattaya Daily News]: The REBA-ES is an association of property brokers who meet in Pattaya on the second Wednesday of each month, and is mostly made up of local Pattaya real estate brokers and business people. The REBA-ES are now into their third year of operation. The REBA-ES association started as an affiliate of the Bangkok arm which has been in operation for many years, recently they have become independent to the Bangkok Association, restructuring with a new logo at their last meeting in November.

The meeting at Gulliver’s Restaurant at the Northern end of Pattaya Beach Road discussed the situation that many of the committee members have been facing, regarding the issue of transferring land title deeds in Sattahip. It was mention that the Land Department Office in Sattahip has been very restrictive in attempts by the members of REBA to transfer land title deeds in and around the area.

Gulliver’s Restaurant is lavishly decorated in an 18th century theme, with a menu featuring a broad range of quality prepared European food. The recent REBA-ES Christmas party was held around the outdoor pool and entertainment area. Gulliver’s provided a buffet for the event, featuring a range of premium quality dishes. With the 40 members and their partners in attendance the party was seemingly enjoyed by all. REBA-ES will hold their first meeting of the New Year on the 13th of January in the Chaba function room at the Marriott Hotel, South Pattaya.
