Pattaya, the 28th of February 2010 [Pattaya Daily News]: All senior management of the “Nova Suites” were all dutifully on hand to make sure that their clients had a thoroughly enjoyable evening. This they certainly did, with fine wines & beer, a good selection of food, plus background music that was wisely held down to a level where everyone could converse with each other.

This rooftop cocktail party allows the “Nova Suites” management to meet with the hotel customers, as they are often too busy to speak to them for extended periods, during their busy working days. This has the advantage of them being able to get in depth opinions from their hotel guests, on any matters where improvements could be made or new services added.

PDN spoke to the manager, who informed us that many of the “Nova Suites” clientele come from Bangkok and Rayong, plus overseas visitors from India and Vietnam, with the Vietnamese being more inclined to bring along their families. He went on to say that the Nova hotel group has been targeting these market sectors, and hence their considerable success.

While rooftops are too hot for daytime parties, at night they really come to life with everyone experiencing the cool breezes blowing in from the Gulf of Thailand. This was a truly delightful cocktail evening, and no doubt thee were many new friendships formed between hotel patrons.
