British Millionaire Dies In Luxury Guest House

A British millionaire, the manager of a well-known hotel in Phuket had a heart attack and died in a luxury guest house.

PHUKET – November 3, 2013 [Pattaya Daily News]; at 13.45, Pol.Lt.Col. Jirasak Sakwisut, the detective officer of Cherngtalay police station, Thalang, Phuket, reported that a Miss, Grace Lee Marshall, 49 year old British tourist that her husband had died in the guest house number 48/146, Sivana Place, Pasak, soi 8, Cherngtalay Phuket. Pol.Capt. Nopparuj Sukkree, vice detective inspector and Kusolatham Phuket rescuers went to inspect the scene. Upon arriving on the scene Miss Grace directed the officers to the 2nd floor of the guest house were they found 55 year old Mr William Marshall lying on his back on the bed. He was wearing only a pair on light green shorts and there was no obvious signs of foul play so his body was sent for a post-mortem.

Miss Grace added that her husband was a general manager of the Outrigger Laguna Phuket beach Resort and they rented the guest house with their children for 90,000 per month, before it happened he went to bed like usual, but in the morning, Miss Grace, went down the stairs to work and let her husband sleep but after a few hours he had not come down, so she went up to the room to wake him, she tried to wake him but he had died so she called the police.
