Officials Raid Pattaya Pub

Pattaya officials raided a pub after the operator opened over time limit and let teenagers in.

PATTAYA – September 29,2016 [PattayaDailyNews]; at 02.30am Mr Chakorn Kanchanawatta, chief of Sattahip district, was reported that 18+, an entertainment venue, illegally operated over time limit and the operator also allowed teenagers to hang out. Therefore, the chief ordered Flying Officer Poradit Chitramwong, deputy chief of protection division, to lead a team to inspect.

At the location, the operator was still open and the officers found about 20 bar girls in the bar; therefore, the officers commanded to turn on the light and inspected around. Upon inspection the officers found 9 night owls who had no ID card and 16 guys who consumed drug. Plus, electronic cigarettes were found so the officers confiscated them.

 

In addition, the officers caught Mr Peerapat Sirimongkol aged 25 on charge of insulting officer, Mr Suppalert Morawa aged 23 and Ms Surusa Teasakul aged 25 were caught for having some drugs.

Flying Officer Poradit said that he immediately led a team to inspect the operator after receiving the order from district chief. The officers also caught Mr Peerapat who was hunted by Pattaya court while inspection the venue.

 

Initially, the officers arrested Mr Tiemsak Taksin aged 32, Mr Wiritsapan Thanatsiridechayod aged 34 and Mr Peerapat Sirimongkol, venue manager, and the suspects would be filed a charge of operating venue without permit.

The officers would report Mr Komsan Aekachai, governor of Chonburi, in order to request an order to close the venue for 5 years further.
