Obese 150 kg Chonburi Lady Falls and Dies In the Bathroom

A middle aged, obese woman weighing 150 kg and suffering from hypertension lived with her five-year-old daughter. Coming back from the hospital she felt dizzy and went to the bathroom, slipped hit her head on the floor and died instantly in front of her daughter who had called for help.

Sattahip, December 11, 2011[Pattaya Daily News] Pol. Lt. Col. Bamrung Rakbamrungsakul, Plutaluang police station, Sattahip, Chonburi province was notified about an unconscious woman in the bathroom at her home in 208/207 Samakkee 31 village Soi Sattahip, Sukhumvit 109, Plutaluang, Sattahip, Chonburi province.

At the the scene of the accident relatives and friends were standing around Mrs. Samorn Phuyorith age 47, the dead house owner.

Mrs. Samorn suffering from obesity and weighing circa 150 kg was lying on the bathroom floor. The rescue team tried heart resuscitation but the woman was already dead. The officer found blood from her nose. And confirmed – no pulse. The body was transported to Sattahip hospital for autopsy. There after the dead body will be given to the relatives to perform the last rites.

The daughter Nutkritta Phoethong age 5, said that her mother suffered from hypertension and obesity and she been to Chonburi hospital for treatment and had just arrived at home when she walked into the bathroom.

Ten minutes later, the girl heard the a crashing noise and ran to the bathroom and found her unconscious on the floor and bleeding heavily from her nose. She tried to to wake her mother up but to no avail. The girl ran to ask for assistance from the neighbors – but her mother was already dead.
