NIEMS Launch Emergency Smart Phone Application

National Institute for Emergency Medicine (NIEMS) launched the application EMS 1669. Everyone can call an ambulance when you’re suddenly illness.

Dr.Auncha Sethasathien-the Secretary General of National Institute for Emergency Medicine (NIEMS)- said that the hotline 1669 is a line of life. That is a key of helping patients to reach and notify the doctors on time. In the past, the rate of emergency hotline in 1669, the statistics are steadily rising. Emergency patient’s survival rate has also increased. Therefore, NIEMS has been developed an application that allows people to report the emergency via the application. It’s expected that it can increase chances of resuscitation. Call the emergency service hotline via 1669.
 
“EMS1669″ has been developed which application users can easily use it. If the patient is exposed to injury or emergency, they just press call an ambulance. After that the system will send identification such as name, contact person and where the patients are to Emergency Medical Institute of Automation. The main centers will precisely know a coordinate the scene, and immediately send a rescue team to the scene.
 
MD.Auncha Sethasathien added that people should concentrate on this and they should have smartphone and download this application because we all can’t predict the future. NIEMS is now available on Play Store (Android) and it is being developed for IOS.
