New 5 Star Hotel and Spa Has Official Grand Opening

The new 5 star Grand Heritage Beach Resort & Spa Pattaya on Phratamnuk Hill held its official grand opening along with Ministers and Honorary guests in attendance.

Pattaya, 5th August 2010 [Pattaya Daily News] From the Grand Heritage Beach Resort & Spa Pattaya, Mr. Senee Jitkasem (Chon Buri Governor), Mr. Itthiphol Khunplume (Pattaya Mayor), Mr. Sonthaya Khunplume (former Tourism and Sport Minister), Mr. Jongchai Thiengtham (former Transportation Minister), Dr. Thanong Pitthaya (former Finance Minister), Mr. Sunsak Ngamphichet (former Public Health Minister) along with the officials and honorary guests participated to the official opening of the Grand Heritage Beach Resort & Spa Pattaya. The new hotel is managed by Mr. Kriangkrai Phanichphakdee (owner of 10 condominiums in BKK and hotels in Pattaya.

Mrs. Arunee Phanitpakdee (Managing Director) revealed that the Grand Heritage Beach Resort & Spa Pattaya had investment of 700 million baht in order to bring it up to a luxury 5 star hotel, located on18 Rai with 248 rooms and all facilities.

The building was structured in a U-shape with most of the rooms having a sea view. The large swimming pool has a landscaped center and a special plus are the rooms that open directly onto it. The hotel has fitness and spa facilities, a seaside restaurant, a large hall and meeting rooms with a capacity for 1,200 guests. These facilities have been constructed with relaxation and enjoyment in mind.
