Sattahip, 25th March 2011 [Pattaya Daily News]: At 01:50 a.m., Mr. Surachet Kaewkam, the Assistant Suppressing District Chief Officer of Sattahip along with the drug suppression special taskforce of Sattahip, arrested Mr. Paisan Ninjinda (a.k.a K), a 36-year-old construction worker ( resides at 90, Tangkean, Klang, Rayong). The suspect was found with 70 Amphetamines at a rented house (locates at Moo.3, Sattahip, Chonburi)

The neighbours reported to the police that there was a drug party in the suspect’s house because teenagers were seen riding their motorcycles in and out of the house almost every night. The neighbours were irritated and disturbed by the noises. The officer went to the house to check it out. When they got close to the house, they found the suspect on the street. He looked suspicious so they arrested him and went to check his house. After searching the house, the officer found 70 Amphetamines hidden in a bolster. The suspect was taken to the Police Station along with the evidence found.

The suspect admitted that the Amphetamines found were his. He purchased the drugs from Mrs. Auan (unknown real name), aged around 30, who was a drug dealer in the area of Kokwua (at Tunglaharn Village, Huayyai, Banglamung, Chonburi). He bought the drugs in bulk for 14,000 Baht. Then he redistributed them to minor dealers and consumers at about 220-240 Baht each.
