Navy Seal Officer Suspects Of Cash Delivery Van RobberyA suspect of cash delivery van robbery was caught by police. He still rejects any allegation.
PATTAYA – Recently [PattayaDailyNews]; According to the case that a Thai man robbed 8.8 million baht from cash delivery van on April 6th, the police officers would reward 100,000 baht for the one who leads to arrest.
On April 22nd, Pol Maj Gen Chettha Komolwattana led the police officers and soldiers to arrest Thanom Puangkratok-Chief Petty Officer 1st Class- aged 40 who is former officer of Navy Seal team after they found out that he involved the case of delivery cash van plundering. He was arrested in his house in Chaiyapoom province.
Thanom was trained as Navy Seal team(batch 27). In addition, he was once hunted by Pattaya court on the charge of plundering in 2008; however, the court dismissed his allegation due to lack of evidence. Plus, he is also hunted on the charge of murder and he is gunman. Initially, Thanom still rejects any allegation and he insists that he is innocent.
