The fable of Miss Alcazar has been ended and to be opened for new marvelous of reality of MISS APSA 2005 with concept “Be attractive, confident, creative and capable”. Interested persons are requested to apply now till 15 October, 2005. There will be selected for 30 last contestants. The beauty contest will be held on 5 November, 2005 to complete the crown with 150,000 Baht of cash and diamond ring valued 100,000 Baht.

          On 8 October, 2005 at Central Festival Pattaya (North Big C) on Second road, Mayor Niran Wattanasartsathorn presided over the announcement of the beauty contest for transvestites “MISS APSA 2005” together with Member of Parliament for Chonburi Zone 6 Chanyuth Hengtrakul, Director of the Tourism Authority of Thailand Region 3 office Chattan Kunjara Na Ayudhya attended the event.

          Marketing Manager of Alcazar Co., Ltd. said previously, through 9 year of Miss Alcazar Thailand Contest has been well-known among transvestites as of its unique and outstanding of presentation. As being more quality on transvestites beauty contest, therefore the company has developed better beauty contest system by giving an opportunity to contestants show fully their ability to publics. Our team has provided the trainers and professionals to give them training along its concept that “Be attractive, confident, creative and capable”.

          Therefore, the fable of Miss Alcazar has been ended and to be opened for new marvelous of reality of MISS APSA 2005 (Miss Alcazar Purple Star Award 2005).           There will be competing for last 30 contestants on 19 October, 2005 and final round on 5 November, 2005 live on ITV at 11:00 pm. The tickets are available at 2,500 Baht, 1,200 Baht and 600 Baht. Part of the proceeds will be donated to the foundation of patronage of His Majesty the King as well as raise it for building schools for 3 southern border provinces.
