Man Flees From Police Checkpoint In Pattaya

A man who was being stopped at a police check point decided to escape injuring some officers in the process, he was finally stopped after the police shot out his tyres.

PATTAYA – November 5, 2014 [Pattaya Daily News]; in the night Pol.Capt.Thanasit Kaenyem-deputy inspector of Pattaya police station- and police officers were operating a police checkpoint on Jomtien 2nd road when they came across a Honda Jazz which had been modified to look like a racing car so the officers tried to stop it but it escaped.

 

Later the police, volunteer police and civil volunteers tried to stop the car in front of Central Pattaya Beach but the driver still escaped injuring some police officers in the process so they decided to shoot out the tires.

Upon inspecting the driver a Mr.Suthee Noppasit a 31 year old engineer he was caught with a BB gun and 5 BB gun bullets so he was taken to the police station.

 

Upon questioning Mr.Suthee he wouldn’t say anything to the police so they charged him for dangerous driving and driving whilst being drunk.
