SATTAHIP – April 20, 2013 [Pattaya Daily News]; at 7 a.m., a report of a teenage girl trying to commit suicide by walking on the road in traffic was received by Pol. Lt. Sinsamut Boonthassana, investigation officer on duty, Sattahip police station.

The girl was reportedly at the bus stop near the red light intersection, km. 1, Moo 6, Tambon Sattahip, Amphur Sattahip, Chonburi province .

At the scene, on the traffic island, arriving officers discovered a good-looking teenage girl was sitting and crying in great sorrow. She was identified as Ms.A (alias), age 16. Her listed home address is in Pathumthani province.

The police took the girl to Sattahip police station to calm her down. During questioning,  Ms.A (alias)said she felt suicidal after being rejected by her live-in girlfriend. Ms.A (alias) told police she had known Ms. Paweena or Bew Jitrabeab, age 22, a tomboy girl, for more than 2 years. They had met via an online game.

Two weeks ago, Ms.A (alias) ran away from home to live with the tomboy girl in a rental room with no address on Soi Yenreudee, Moo 6 Tambon Sattahip.

But she then discovered the tomboy girl had another woman lover, who is as old as her mother. So Ms.A (alias) got very jealous. She got into a violent quarrel with the tomboy girl, who expelled her from the rental room to go to die.

Ms.A (alias) got hurt and felt so disappointed in love, she decided to commit suicide by walking on the road, and get hit by cars to spite her lover. But someone called the police to assist her.

Pol. Lt. Sinsamut Boonthassana said initially he brought Ms.A (alias) to make a record of the incident at the Sattahip police station. He contacted her relatives to inform them about what happened, and to have them pick her up to go back home.

But because her relatives would have to travel a long journey to pick her up, the police contacted the tomboy girl to clear the problem with Ms.A (alias), until they could understand each other. Then the tomboy girl volunteered to take Ms.A (alias) back to her family today.
