However there had been lots of accidents caused by this pot hole which Pattaya Daily News reporters had previously reported. The pot hole is about 10-15 cm deep and half meter wide. The reporters questioned the nearby villagers who revealed that officials had inspected the pot hole but nothing had been done. They also added that it is very dangerous because it’s near a busy cross road and people don’t see it until it’s too late especially at night and if it’s been raining it looks like a normal puddle on the road. If nothing is done soon it will continue to cause accidents.

It’s expected that the hole will expand during the rainy season and Pattaya city needs to spend some money on repairing it before somebody is killed.
