In addition some roads such as Soi Nern Plubwarn , Soi Khao Noi and the railway road had suffered severe flooding because the draining system couldn’t cope with the amount of rain water. Also there was a lot of rubbish which had been washed down the roads by the rain water and had blocked many drains.
