The boy is a kindergarten student grade 1 of a school in Amphur Meuang, Suphanburi province.

On the previous day Mrs. Paweena heard a complaint from the grandmother of boy, who came to complain with the Paweena foundation that her grandson was beaten by an older student of the same school. The boy was severely injured with a broken arm and got contused inside his body until it got infected in his blood and had to be cured in the I.C.U. room of Chaophrayayommarach hospital, Amphur Meuang, Suphanburi province.

But the boy was still in a coma and didn’t improve his symptoms, so the relatives brought him to be cured at Chulalongkorn hospital. His mother, Ms. Nid (alias), age 25, is taking care of him closely.

The grandmother of boy Nont revealed that in the evening of March 1, 2013 when boy Nont came back from school, he told her that he felt hurt so much at his left arm and he thought that it is broken.

But the relatives thought that it is the ordinary symptoms of the naughty boy from rough playing, and it didn’t matter so much. But when the boy Nont slept at night, he got a high fever flu, and his left arm had swollen so much, in the morning the worried relatives brought him to see the doctor at Photiphaya clinic.

The doctor assumed that his arm might be broken and sent him to be cured at Chaophrayayommarach hospital, where the doctor x-ray his left arm and found that it was broken, so the doctor splinted the arm for him and gave him medicine to take at home.

The grandmother said that on March 9, 2013 while the boy Nont was sleeping, he had the high flu, and said while he was sleeping, “Don’t harm me, I’m afraid.” He then complained that he was feeling was so tight in his chest and could not breathe, so the relatives hurried to take him to the hospital immediately.

When the doctor checked up his body in detail, he found that the boy got contused inside his body, and the doctor had to cut a pit at his belly to take out blood and pus, and had to use the equipment for respiration in I.C.U. room, until later it was discovered the boy had an infection in his blood and it had expanded to the heart, too.

The grandmother said that after that, the relatives went to ask at the school about the matter that occurred on March 1, 2013. They discovered that during the lunch time on March 1 while the children were playing at the playground, there was a primary school student grade 1 who walked up to slap at boy Nont’s head, and they got to quarrelling.

Then there was the secondary school grade 1student who is the ringleader in the school, and he was goaded on by the aunt of primary school student grade 1. She told her nephew, “Why only slap at his head, you had better punch him.”

So the older boy locked the boy Nont’s neck, and let the other rival punch the boy Nont several times, until the boy Nont fell down and could not fight, so they walked away.

Ms. Nid the mother said that after learning of the incident, the relatives asked to the school to make justice for her son. So the school called the 2 boys who beat boy Nont to ask about the facts. The 2 boys confessed that they really beat boy Nont. But the school didn’t punish the boys, or did anything to make justice for her son, so Mrs. Nid went to notify the police at Suphanburi police station

At first the police didn’t accept her complaint. and told Mrs. Nid to clear the matter with the rivals by herself. So the grandmother of boy Nont went to complain with Mrs. Paweena, to assist to make the justice for her nephew, and also coordinated to bring the boy Nont to continue to be cured at Chulalongkorn hospital.

Mrs. Paweena said that after she got the complaint, she hurried to coordinate with the superintendent of Meuang Suphanburi police station in order to operate for the notification and made records of daily note immediately, which she will coordinate to the Ministry of Education to go to inspect for the fact that occurred in the school, because when the incident occurred, the school should hurry to inform the parents to acknowledge the incident and should not neglect the situation like this.
