We have reorganized our HR department to support our company vision of “Great Performance and Great Place to Work”. We are looking for a skilled Training Officer to proceed all aspects of Training and Development practices and processes.

Analysis and Planning
With senior training officer, analyze and plan training programs and manpower development.
With senior training officer, identify training and manpower development strategies to fulfill business objectives.
Communication and Implementation
With senior training officer, collaborate with representatives from all concerned units to demonstrate training programs. Explain goals, procedures and roles of individuals involved.
With senior training officer, communicate the process of training and manpower development.
With senior training officer, provide training plan and manpower development advice to all concerned units.
Evaluation and Follow up
Collaborate with senior training officer to collect data from all concerned units to analyze and evaluate results of training programs and manpower development.
Collaborate with senior training officer to continue learning new innovations on training programs and manpower development to design and improve as to reach organizational goals.
Contact trainers and training institutions. Collaborate with every unit involved in sending employees to training.
Prepare and facilitate training documents, materials and workshops.
Inform training participants of training programs and details i.e. date, time and location.
Prepare and submit training reports to Department of Skill Development.
Submit annual contribution fund report to Department of Skill Development.
Bachelor or Master degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology or related field.
Ability to communicate effectively and present clearly in verbal and written English.
Must have experience/background in HRD at least 1-2 years.
People oriented and results driven.
Demonstrable experience with HRD metrics.
Knowledge of HRD systems and databases.
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Willingness and ability to learn quickly.
Proactive, highly self-motivated, positive attitude.
Ability to communicate verbally in Thai, Cantonese and/or Mandarin.
